Ravelle is a Swiss single-product wellness brand operated from Zürich, Switzerland. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected via ravelle.ch and any related services.

- Payment information: handled by our payment processors (Shopify Payments, Stripe). We never see or store your full card details.
- Account information: if you create an account, your email and any preferences you set.
- Usage data: aggregated, anonymized analytics (pages visited, device type) to help us improve the site.
3. How we use it
- To fulfill and ship your orders.
- To send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates).
