If you're not in love with Ravelle, we'll make it right. Here's how returns and refunds work.
Our 30-day promise
We back every order with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you've tried Ravelle and it's not for you, write to us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll either refund you or send a replacement.
How to start a return
- Email hello@ravelle.ch with your order number and a short note about what wasn't working for you.
- We'll reply within one business day with a return label (if applicable) and the return address.
- Drop the parcel at your nearest carrier point — keep the tracking number, please.
- Once we receive it, we'll refund the original payment method within 5 business days.
What you can return
- Unopened packs, no questions asked.
- Opened packs, if you've used them and they didn't work for you — within 30 days.
- Subscription orders — you can return your first delivery on the same 30-day terms.
Refund timing
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged on arrival
If your parcel arrives damaged, take a photo and email it to hello@ravelle.ch within 7 days. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
Subscriptions
Subscribe & Save orders can be skipped, paused, or cancelled anytime from your account. There are no minimum commitments and no cancellation fees — ever.
